The ORIGINAL-KEMPER®-Sanding star is available in various diameters and grits and is used according to the special design of the workpiece. It is powered by common hand-guided grinding machines, pneumatical grinders or by the infinitely variable grinding machine STARMAX neo (see above photo). 

The selection of the speed according to the diameter of the sanding star is of main importance. Only when operated with the optimal speed the sanding star can offer its main characteristic which is the high flexibility. Even highly shaped or cutted parts will be deburred or smoothed within seconds without metal or Nylon residues remaining – as very often found with the use of other tools.

Requested dimensions of the workpiece are protected when the ORIGINAL-KEMPER®-Sanding star is used.

The grinding und polishing machine STARMAX neo as a single machine can be integrated into the operations sequence and can either be manually or automatically headed for with the workpiece. This decision is depending on the special situation. The machine can be equipped with sanding stars of the same diameter on either side or only on one.

The ORIGINAL-KEMPER®-Sanding star in connection with the said machinery offers the flexible and economic solution of deburring- or smoothing problems of medium up to large quantities and enables the fabricator to realize the necessary rationalization.
